Blaine Oubre

Blaine Oubre has extensive experience in the construction and project management industry, currently serving as Branch Manager at BrandSafway since March 2016, with previous roles including Construction Manager, Account Manager, and Project Controls. Prior to this, Blaine Oubre worked as Project Superintendent at Brock Group for a brief period and held various positions at Brand Energy & Infrastructure Services from March 2010 to January 2016, focusing on project controls and scaffold design. Earlier experience includes serving as General Foreman and Vice President at SCI, where Blaine Oubre managed a DirecTV contract that peaked with 13 satellite technicians. Educational qualifications include an Associate of Science degree in General Studies from Baton Rouge Community College and certification as an Occupational Safety Specialist from Louisiana State University.
