Darryl Crane

Darryl Crane, CD, MSc, is an experienced professional in rope access and management with a notable background in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Rope Access Manager for BrandSafway since December 2018, Darryl acts as the Technical Authority for the United States and the BrandSafway Group. Previous positions include General Manager at Asia Ava Gas and Rope Access Project Manager at Aluma Systems, where responsibilities included overseeing operations in Fort McMurray, Alberta. Darryl's entrepreneurial experience as CEO of Horizon Services involved providing offshore storage facilities for maritime security. Additional leadership experience includes serving as COO of the Tundra Group of Companies and a Senior NCO in the Canadian army. Darryl holds a Master of Science in Project Management, an IRATA Level 3 certification, and is a qualified ROV Pilot Technician.
