Glayton Basso Jr

Glayton Basso Jr. is an experienced applications engineer with a strong background in materials engineering, holding both a Master's and Bachelor's degree from UFSCar. Since July 2016, Glayton has been employed at Braskem as an Engenheiro de aplicações, focusing on the development of new applications and technical support for clients in the macro and micro polypropylene fiber sectors within the textile and construction industries. Prior to this role, Glayton worked at Tredegar Film Products as an Application Engineer, where responsibilities included developing raw materials for perforated films and cast films, as well as developing products such as elastic films. Earlier experience includes positions at Duratex, Vitopel, and IPAB, where Glayton contributed to various engineering and development projects in plastics and polymer materials, showcasing a consistent dedication to innovation and quality control throughout a diverse career in materials engineering.
