Rebecca Vieira Cox

Rebecca Vieira Cox, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of People and Culture at Braviant Holdings, a position held since May 2024. Previously, Rebecca held the role of Global Director of Human Resources at LightPath Technologies from April 2022 to May 2024 and spent nearly a decade at Simple Management Group, initially as Human Resources Director and later as Group Human Resources Manager. Earlier experience includes positions at CashWiz Holdings Ltd and Flowers Group of Companies, as well as a role at IBM as Inventory Management Specialist/Help Desk Support. Rebecca holds a Juris Masters in Legal Risk and HR Compliance from Florida State University College of Law, a Bachelor's degree in Public Management, and a thesis in Human Resources Management from the University of Guyana.
