Raquel Braga

Raquel Braga is an experienced marketing professional with a strong track record in regional and partner marketing across Latin America. Currently serving as the Director of Regional Marketing and Head of LATAM at Braze since February 2024, Raquel is responsible for developing region-specific marketing strategies for new business acquisition. Prior to this, Raquel held several key roles at Zendesk, culminating as the Head of LATAM Partner Marketing, where successful demand generation programs were created and the partner business significantly grew. Raquel's early career includes leadership positions at Bentley Systems, where significant marketing achievements were made in Brazil, and entrepreneurial experience as the Founder and CEO of Brechó Market. With a solid educational background, including an MBA in Marketing Services from ESPM, Raquel has built a comprehensive career in strategic marketing and brand management.
