Operations and Support

The Operations and Support team at Brdr. Hartmann is responsible for ensuring efficient production processes and exceptional customer service. Led by the Shift Plant Head, the team coordinates manufacturing operations, manages supply chain dynamics through data analysis and demand planning, and addresses customer inquiries to maintain high satisfaction levels. Together, they work to optimize workflows and support the overall mission of producing sustainable moulded-fibre egg packaging.
