Eric Smith

Eric Smith is a seasoned professional in the information security field with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Vice President of LARES since May 2009 and Co-Founder of BreachQuest since January 2022, Eric is dedicated to enhancing incident response and safeguarding critical assets. As Chief Executive Officer of Full Protocol, established in January 2007, Eric focuses on providing comprehensive security solutions in an increasingly vulnerable environment. Previous roles include Senior Security Consultant positions at Alternative Technology, INS, and GE Power, as well as a Security Analyst at Equifax and a Security Engineer at Bellsouth. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Security from Westwood University, complemented by earlier studies at Old Dominion University.
