Kerri Fritsch

Kerri Fritsch possesses extensive experience in leadership roles across the healthcare sector, currently serving as a member of Break into the Boardroom since October 2021. Prior to this, Kerri held multiple executive positions at Avalon Healthcare Solutions from February 2015 to June 2024, including Chief Client Officer and Interim Chief Financial Officer. Kerri's career also includes significant roles at New Century Health as VP Client Services, CareCentrix as VP Product Development, WellCare and Harmony Behavioral Health as VP and Sr. Director of Finance respectively, and Amerigroup Corporation as AVP Finance. Earlier professional experience includes serving as CEO of CoreManagement and in finance at Coastal Physician Group. Kerri Fritsch holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Providence College and an MBA/MHA in Business and Healthcare from Pfeiffer University.
