Ann Tirschwell

Since co-founding Type A Projects in 2013, Ms. Tirschwell has turned her focus to affordable housing and is currently developing over 650 units of housing in the Bronx, including at Bronx Point where they have joint ventured with L+M Development Partners. With this project they are on track to not only build much needed housing, but also to revitalize the former industrial site with world-class open space and waterfront access alongside the nation’s first museum of hip hop culture, the Universal Hip Hop Museum.
