Shayla M.

Shayla M. currently serves as a Clinical Assistant at Paradigm Treatment, focusing on supervising patient activities, data entry, UDS testing, facility inspections, and patient transportation. Prior experience includes roles at Best Buy as a Customer Service Associate and at Cru, where Shayla M. spearheaded key people programs, developed a stakeholder management playbook that significantly increased donations, and provided executive assistance to the Lenses Institute. Shayla M. has also worked as a Cross-Cultural Coordinator, collaborating on cultural competency training resources, and served as a Library Student Assistant and Club Sports leader at Ohio University.
