Previously, Tom held various engineering roles, including Senior Software Engineer at Zendesk and Software Project Lead at Breeze Airways, where Tom managed small teams to enhance travel experiences through innovative applications. As the founder of Electask, Tom developed a web app for election task management, securing contracts with multiple California counties before the company was acquired. Tom's diverse background includes web development, data analysis, and social media management, supported by a Bachelor’s Degree from Brigham Young University - Idaho.
