Elske Borneman

Elske Borneman is a Young Professional in Sustainability and Innovation at Breinstein and a Policy Officer for Energy Transition at Gemeente Woerden. Prior experience includes a Graduate Student Partner role at SOMO, where a graduation project focused on visualizing the value chain of minerals used in electric vehicle batteries. Prior roles also include a Graduate Intern in Innovation at Bouwgroep Dijkstra Draisma and an Industrial Designer Intern at Xiamen Joyatech Co., Ltd. Elske Borneman holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Design from Eindhoven University of Technology, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Saxion University of Applied Sciences. Additional educational experiences include a Pre-Master at Eindhoven University of Technology, a minor in Smart Sustainable Cities, and participation in various international programs.
