Simon Premkumar is an experienced IT professional with a focus on service desk management. Currently serving as Service Desk Team Lead at Brennan IT since June 2018, Simon has held various leadership positions including Service Desk Team Leader at NCSI and Managed Service Desk/NOC Team Leader at UXC Connect. Prior to entering the IT field, Simon gained customer service experience as a Waiter/Bartender at Sydney Tower Restaurants.
