Leigh Monthei

Leigh Monthei has over two decades of experience in sales, primarily within Stepan Company, where responsibilities have included roles as Account Executive for both the Lipid Nutrition and Surfactants business units, as well as Senior Sales Representative for Surfactants. In these positions, Leigh has contributed to the promotion of innovative nutritional oils and a diverse range of surfactants utilized across various industries, including food, nutrition, and pharmaceuticals. Prior experience includes a role as Sales Representative at FMC Corporation. Leigh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Penn State University, earned between 1988 and 1991.
