Alivia Ferguson

Alivia Ferguson is an experienced professional specializing in complaints investigation and strategic change within local government settings. Currently serving as a Complaints Investigator at Brent Council since November 2024, Alivia previously worked with Impact: The Local Government Graduate Programme in various roles including Human Resources, Organisational Development, and public health related to substance misuse. In addition, Alivia held a leadership position as Co-Engagement Lead for the NGDP BAME Network and has significant event management experience at Wembley Stadium and multiple prominent venues as a team leader and bar waitress. Educational qualifications include an ILM Certificate Level 7 in Leadership and Management from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with Social Psychology from the University of Essex.
