Noopur Sharma is currently serving as the Deputy Managing Director for Brevo in India since October 2023, having held various positions within the company since March 2014, including VP People India, Head HR - India, and Manager - HR & Corporate Communications. With extensive experience in formulating and implementing HR policies, analyzing compensation plans across global offices, and managing payroll processes, Noopur has played a vital role in enhancing employee engagement and development initiatives. Prior to Brevo, Noopur worked as a Sr. Executive - HR at Niit Technologies Ltd. and as an HR Executive at RateGain, beginning a career in HR as a Trainee at Vcare Pvt Ltd. Noopur holds an MBA in HR and Marketing from Amity University.
