Swathi Narayan is a skilled UX Writer with extensive experience in crafting microcopy for software and websites, co-designing user flows, and conducting user testing to enhance copy quality. Currently working at Brevo since February 2024, Swathi previously held similar roles at Glickon and Telepass, where responsibilities included user journey design and benchmarking. With a strong background in translation and localization, Swathi served as Senior Translator & UX Writer at Talentsoft, where key contributions included managing translation processes and coordinating application language launches.
