Ashley Monaco

Ashley Monaco is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product development, sourcing, and benefits consulting. Currently serving as a Benefits Consultant at Brian Patten and Associates since June 2024, Ashley also owns Monaco Makeup Artistry, which specializes in special event makeup. Previous roles include Global Sourcing Specialist at mDesign Home Decor, where Ashley managed the entire sourcing and production process for textile and home décor items, and Community Partnership Development Manager for Cuyahoga County, focusing on skills transfer from the retail industry.
