Ted Marcus

Ted Marcus is an accomplished sound professional with extensive experience in sound mixing and design. Currently serving as a Senior Sound Mixer and Sound Designer at Bridgenext since February 2024, Ted previously held the same title at Definition 6 from November 2020 to February 2024. Ted's career includes significant roles as a Senior Mixer and Sound Designer at SuperExploder (2016-2020) and Ultrabland (2006-2016), where work focused on teasers, trailers, and network imaging. Additionally, Ted was the drummer for the band Meat Puppets from 2006 to 2010 and worked as a Senior Audio Engineer/Sound Designer at MTV from 2000 to 2006. Early career positions include Audio Engineer/Sound Designer at Clack Sound Studios (1997-2000) and National Video Center/National Recording Studios (1993-1997). Ted holds a degree from the University of Connecticut, earned from 1986 to 1990, and completed secondary education at Staples High School from 1983 to 1986.
