Lucinda Sweazey

Lucinda Sweazey is an experienced professional in campus recruiting and talent management, currently serving as a Manager in Campus Recruiting for the Investment Associate Department at Bridgewater Associates since October 2018. In this role, Lucinda leads a team of five to identify and recruit future investor talent for the firm's flagship program. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Recruiter and Campus Recruiter within the same department, where Lucinda successfully built and managed an internship program for Investment Implementation.
