Jean MacCormack

Most recently, Dr. Jean MacCormack served for 13 years as chancellor, UMass Dartmouth. She has been a faculty member, center director, dean, and vice chancellor for administration and finance, deputy chancellor and chancellor at UMass Boston. She is a distinguished educator and leader in higher education. She has a bachelor's degree from Emmanuel College in English Literature and a master's and doctoral degree in Education from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Jean continues to serve as chair of the SouthCoast Hospitals Board; Director of Bristol County Savings Bank and is devoting time to a new book on transformative leadership.
