Ruth Slotnick

Ruth Slotnick is an accomplished professional with over a decade of experience in higher education assessment and administration. Currently serving as the Director of Assessment at Bridgewater State University, Ruth has significantly advanced student outcomes and curriculum evaluation through effective data integration and leadership of the Core Curriculum Assessment Committee. Ruth's expertise extends to teaching as an adjunct faculty member in the Higher Education Administration Masters Program, specializing in accreditation and assessment. Ruth has also contributed as a NILOA Endorsed Speaker and DQP Coach, facilitating relationships among faculty and promoting evidence-based decision-making. Prior roles include Director of Articulation and Learning Assessment at Mount Wachusett Community College, Lead Teaching Assistant at Harvard University, and various educational and administrative positions at notable institutions. Ruth holds a Ph.D. in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of South Florida, alongside a Master's and Bachelor's degree from Penn State University.
