Shannon Boulanger

Shannon Boulanger possesses extensive experience in higher education and administration, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Admissions Operations & Communication at Bridgewater State University since February 2013. Shannon has held various administrative roles within the university, including positions in student engagement and campus services, focusing on customer service, office management, and event planning. Prior experience includes working as a Financial Associate at Harvard School of Public Health, managing financial reconciliations and grant submissions, and serving as Warden for the Elections Commission, overseeing ballot processing. Educational qualifications include a Master’s in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bridgewater State University, along with an Associate of Arts from Massasoit Community College.
