Karishma Mahfuz

Karishma Mahfuz is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Brigade Group since October 2020, Karishma previously held the same title at Brookfield Properties from March 2019 to September 2020. Prior experience includes HR Manager at Emaar, Talent Specialist at Bentall Kennedy, and Talent Acquisition Lead at Cadillac Fairview. Karishma began their career as a part-time HR Assistant at Oxford Properties Group. An alumnus of The University of Manchester, Karishma earned a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management.
