Account Management

The Account Management team at BRIGHT IDEAS! is responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with vendors and clients, ensuring smooth transactions and satisfaction. They handle all aspects of account coordination, from onboarding new vendors to managing ongoing client needs and resolving any issues. Additionally, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable team members manage invoicing, payments, and financial reconciliation to keep the marketplace's finances in order.
