Madugam Narsimha has a diverse work experience spanning over several years.

Starting from 2011, Narsimha worked as a Project Intern at Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited, where they gained knowledge about mechanical turbines, condensers, and the casting process.

In 2012, they joined Cognizant as an Associate Projects member. During their time there, they primarily focused on web and mobile application functional testing, with expertise in browser and OS compatibility testing. The projects they worked on followed both waterfall and agile methodologies.

In 2016, Narsimha transitioned to Wells Fargo as a Senior Quality Engineer. Madugam specialized in functional testing for Pega and mainframe applications. Madugam played a significant role in the Hogan CIS mainframe-based application and had involvement in the CEDAR Pega application. The development process followed a waterfall methodology.

In 2020, Narsimha joined Vertafore as a Senior Quality Analyst. In this role, they worked as a functional, DB, performance test, and Selenium automation engineer. Madugam also fulfilled the responsibilities of a Scrum master and senior tester, following the Safe Agile methodology.

Currently, Narsimha is working at BrightEdge as a QA Senior Software Engineer. Madugam is involved in developing an SEO domain server-less product application, focusing on implementing SEO components for customer retention. Narsimha's testing responsibilities cover responsive, reporting, and analytical testing.

From 2013 to 2015, Madugam Narsimha attended Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management and Services.
