Leonard Caplan is an experienced operations and quality management professional with a robust background spanning over two decades in the food production industry. Currently serving as General Manager at BrightFarms since July 2022, Leonard previously held positions such as Operations Manager at Welch's and several roles at The J.M. Smucker Co., encompassing SQMS Manager and Operations Manager.
