Letitia Budu

Letitia Budu is an experienced Employment Law Consultant at BrightHR, providing HR assistance and legal advice to clients across Great Britain and Northern Ireland since January 2024. Previously, Letitia served as a National Contact Centre Team Leader at First Bus, where management and coaching of a customer service team were key responsibilities. Letitia also held roles as a Product Coordinator and Product Assistant, focusing on customer support and the development of electronic bus ticketing apps. Earlier experiences include supporting Widening Participation programmes at the Ahmed Iqbal Ullah Race Relations Resource Centre and the University of Manchester, as well as working with children as a 1:1 Holiday Playworker at the University of Cambridge. Letitia graduated with a BSocSc in Social Anthropology from The University of Manchester.
