Brian Robins joined Brighton Park Capital as a Senior Advisor in July of 2019. Mr. Robins has extensive experience leading and advising multi-billion dollar technology companies through complex restructurings, hyper growth, IPO readiness and capital markets transactions.
Mr. Robins is the Chief Financial Officer of GitLab, the DevOps platform delivered as a single application. Prior to GitLab, he was the CFO of Sisense where he led their finance, legal and business operations teams. Prior to Sisense, he was the CFO of Cylance (acquired by Blackberry), a next-generation endpoint security company. Prior to Cylance, Mr. Robins served as CFO at AlienVault (acquired by AT&T), a unified security management company. Before that, he served as vice president and CFO of Global Business Services at CSC, a multi-national IT and professional services corporation. Earlier in his career, Brian was executive vice president and CFO of Internet services company Verisign (NASDAQ: VRSN). At NeuStar, Brian served as vice president of finance and treasurer, he helped take the company public on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: NSR) and managed acquisition integrations.
Brian received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lipscomb University and a Masters of Business Administration from Vanderbilt University.
