Andrew Lugsdin

Andrew Lugsdin is an accomplished venture capital professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serves as Partner at Brightspark Ventures since January 2024 and as Founding Partner at Unbound Equity since June 2023. Additionally, Andrew has been a Founding Partner at Framework Venture Partners since July 2018, where the firm focuses on building world-class companies in Canada. Prior to these roles, Andrew spent over 17 years at BDC Venture Capital, concluding as Partner in the IT Venture Fund.
