Yenti Kushor

Yenti Kushor is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and human resources, currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Manager and Human Resources Business Partner at QUANTEM Bulk Liquid Storage & Handling since June 2022. In addition to this role, Yenti contributes as a Gen Z Advisory Board Member for Brightworks, a consultancy focused on early career development. Previous experience includes working as a Consultant at shilo.people, leading acquisitions as the Head of Acquisitions for Una Brands, and serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Korn Ferry. Yenti is also the founder of Odd Job Bob New Zealand, a platform created to connect individuals with local service providers for various tasks. Early career experience includes a business development internship at Crimson Education. Yenti holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Auckland University of Technology and is currently enhancing leadership skills through the LEAP Fundamentals Leadership Program at DDI World.
