Erica Pagan

Erica Pagan currently serves as Assistant Principal at Brilla Public Charter Schools since July 2023. Prior to this role, Erica Pagan spent eight years at Bronx Global Learning Institute for Girls Charter School, where positions included School Principal, Director of Dual Language, Instructional Coach for Grades 3-5, Classroom Teacher for Grades 4 and 5, and Academic Intervention Teacher. Earlier experience includes a role as a Second Grade Teacher at P.S. 333 under the NYC Department of Education and as a Teacher at SBCSICA. Erica Pagan holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northcentral University, a Master’s degree in Literacy from Touro University, and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a concentration in Spanish from the State University of New York at New Paltz.
