Brad Chesin has over 20 years of experience in the private equity, staffing, and recruiting industries. Brad is currently a board member at Brilliant, a private equity firm. Brad was previously the CEO of Construction Labor Contractors, President of Belcan Staffing Solutions, and Vice President of People 2.0. Brad has also served as the Executive Director of the Atlanta Franchise Alliance. Chesin has a proven track record of successfully restructuring and turnaround portfolio companies. In 4 months, they successfully restructured a large healthcare staffing company in New York and 10 months later, they successfully turned around a $50 million mechanical company in California.
