Ruslan Novosiadly

Ruslan Novosiadly is an experienced executive in the field of oncology translational medicine, currently serving as Executive Director at Bristol Myers Squibb since June 2018, where responsibilities include leading the Oncology Translational Medicine Team. Prior to this role, Ruslan held significant positions at Eli Lilly and Company from November 2012 to June 2018, focusing on cancer immunobiology and translational research, and at ImClone Systems from October 2009 to October 2012, leading biomarker discovery efforts. Earlier experience includes a postdoctoral fellowship and assistant professor role at Mount Sinai Medical Center, investigating molecular mechanisms associated with tumor-promoting activity due to type 2 diabetes. Ruslan Novosiadly earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from The University of Göttingen and a Doctor of Medicine from Ivano-Frankivsk State Medical Academy.
