Wesley Kern

Wesley Kern has over two decades of experience in financial management and advisory roles across various industries. Currently, Wesley serves as the Director on the Board of Directors for Bristow Group and Improve One, in addition to founding NextRise Financial Strategies, which specializes in advisory services for distressed situations. Previous positions include Director roles at All In Behavioral Health and Meridian Solar, Inc., and Chief Financial Officer at Lobo Leasing Limited and Pacific Natural Energy. Wesley's extensive experience in finance includes senior leadership roles at US Power Generating Company and providing financial advisory services to multiple energy clients. Wesley holds an MBA in Finance from Rice Business and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
