Archana Balaraman has over a decade of experience in product and brand management, primarily within the fast-moving consumer goods sector. Currently serving as Category Manager for Cookies, Health & Glucose at Britannia Industries Limited since April 2012, Archana has held multiple roles, including Group Product Manager for various product lines such as Premium Cookies, Crackers, and Disruptive Innovations. Prior to Britannia, Archana worked at Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting as a Brand Manager and at Johnson & Johnson as a Customer Marketing Manager after starting as a Management Trainee. Archana holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, obtained in 2009.
