Nikhil Mathur

Nikhil Mathur is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in leading HR functions across various prominent organizations. Nikhil serves as the General Manager HR for Business & Revenue Functions at Britannia Industries Limited. Prior to this, Nikhil held multiple senior roles at Tata Consumer Products, including Vice President HR for Sales and Vice President Human Resources. Nikhil also contributed as the Head HR at NourishCo Beverages Limited and served in several capacities at Tata Global Beverages, including Chief Manager HR for Global Functions and Head HR for the Water Business. Nikhil's earlier experience includes working as an HR Business Partner in Unilever's Networks Division. Recently, Nikhil completed the Tata Senior HR Leadership Program at Cambridge Judge Business School.
