Paresh Shah

Paresh Shah is an experienced IT leader with a strong background in enterprise applications and technology services. Currently serving as the Director of Enterprise Applications at BC Ferries, Paresh oversees a large team of over 40 IT professionals and manages an annual budget exceeding $30 million. A history of driving technological transformation and compliance is evident from previous roles, including Senior Manager for Enterprise Business Systems and various positions at Tech Mahindra, where Paresh led numerous critical projects, notably the implementation of a complex Oracle Payroll system. With expertise in HR management and a focus on technology-driven business solutions, Paresh has also contributed significantly to HR process optimization in prior roles, including consulting in Dubai. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduation in Human Resource Management and a BCA in Computers.
