Zoe Kindler

Zoe Kindler is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Global Strategy and Culture Change Communications Lead at the British Council since June 2022. In this role, Zoe leads the development of communications strategies to showcase the organization's global arts and education initiatives. Previously, as Head of Communications for the MENA region, Zoe provided strategic advice to senior leadership and managed communications across seventeen countries during a period of significant change. Zoe's prior experience includes positions such as Head of Strategic Communications for international projects at the Cabinet Office, where impactful communication programs were designed for partner governments, and interim leadership for the Covid-19 Business Support Campaign at HM Treasury. With a foundation in managing communication projects in both the healthcare and public sectors, Zoe has demonstrated expertise in strategic communication, crisis management, and team leadership. Zoe holds a BA (Hons) in History and French from the University of Sussex, following education at several prestigious institutions.
