Neil Carter

Neil Carter is an accomplished Estates Director at British Land, overseeing property management at Broadgate with a substantial £50 million service charge budget and a team of 580. Previously, Neil played a crucial role in the launch and expansion of Whiteley Shopping Centre, which earned multiple prestigious awards for its design and customer service.
