Edoardo Volpe

Edoardo Volpe currently serves as the Head of People Business Partnering & Reward at British Sugar since October 2022, having previously held the position of Senior People Business Partner. Prior to this role, Edoardo was a Senior HR Business Partner - Global Go to Market at BT from January 2020 to September 2022. Edoardo's experience includes significant roles at Whirlpool Corporation, where responsibilities ranged from HR Business Partner - Market Operations to Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, as well as HR Advisor for Supply Chain & Service Operations. Additionally, Edoardo started a career with Indesit Company as an HR Trainee. Edoardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science & International Relations from Università degli studi Roma TRE, an Advanced Diploma in HR Management (CIPD Level 7) from ICS Learn, and has completed a Science and Art of Coaching (ICF Accredited Program) through Coach Advancement.
