Lisamarie Manso

Lisamarie Manso is an experienced technology leader with a focus on digital transformation and value stream management. Currently serving as Field CTO and Global Team Lead for ValueOps at Broadcom Inc. since November 2018, Lisamarie provides strategic partnership and advisory services to customers, facilitating data-driven decision-making to enhance organizational agility. Prior to Broadcom, Lisamarie held various strategic roles at CA Technologies, including Strategic Technology Advisor and VP positions in Global Presales Solutions and the Business Technology Office. Lisamarie's career began at Niku following its acquisition by CA Technologies, where impactful presale teams were developed. Earlier experience includes product consultancy at PeopleSoft and business relationship management at Fiserv HRMS. Lisamarie holds an MBA in Human Capital Strategy & Management from Adelphi University.
