Akhilesh Ravi is a seasoned finance executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Division CFO at Broadridge since April 2022, Akhilesh is responsible for the GTO Capital Markets division, overseeing a global fintech powerhouse that delivers comprehensive trading and post-trade solutions. Prior to this role, Akhilesh held CFO positions at Fluid Mechanisms and The Metacomet Group, focusing on financial planning and analysis, capital allocation, and mergers and acquisitions. Akhilesh's earlier career includes significant roles at BMO Capital Markets and Credit Suisse, specializing in investment banking and private equity. With a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and degrees in Information Systems and Engineering, Akhilesh combines technical expertise with financial acumen.
