Holly Krell

Holly Krell, AIC, has cultivated a diverse professional background with significant experience in claims examination and customer service. Currently serving as a Senior Claims Examiner at Broadspire since April 2018, Holly has progressed through various roles, including Claims Examiner, Claims Specialist, and Claims Clerk, demonstrating expertise in patient interaction, registration, and insurance verification. Prior experience includes positions at Fifth Third Bank from December 2011 to February 2017, ranging from Personal Banker II to Customer Service Representative, as well as a Street Team Member role at CBS Radio and various customer service positions at Starbucks and Five Guys Burgers and Fries. Holly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from the University of South Florida, earned between 2011 and 2014.
