Andrea Nordby

Andrea Nordby is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as the Director of Culinary Innovation at Broadway Hospitality Group since February 2024. Previously, Andrea held several leadership roles at Purple Carrot, including Vice President of Culinary and Head of Culinary from October 2016 to February 2024. Andrea also worked as Culinary Director at South End Buttery from October 2014 to October 2016 and held positions at Whole Foods Market, progressing from Prepared Foods Team Leader to Assistant Team Leader/Executive Chef between November 2010 and September 2014. Earlier in their career, Andrea was a Sous Chef at 4580 Restaurant from September 2009 to November 2010. Andrea holds an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Johnson & Wales University and a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
