Kristen Bruno

Kristen Bruno is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Senior People & Culture Advisor at Broccolini since February 2022, Kristen previously held roles at Diabsolut Inc. and Hanesbrands Inc., where responsibilities included coaching managers on performance management and employee relations, as well as conducting organizational development planning. Earlier roles at Goodfood Market, Future Electronics, Transport THD, and Beyond the Rack have also contributed to a solid foundation in HR administration, employee support, and compliance. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Applied Human Sciences from McGill University and a DEC in Commerce from CEGEP - John Abbott College.
