Claire Gafan

Claire Gafan is an experienced HR professional with extensive expertise in human resource management. Currently serving as the Head of People Partnering at Brompton Bicycle since January 2021, Claire previously held the position of Project HR Business Partner at Tilney Smith & Williamson from June 2020 to December 2020. Prior to this, Claire dedicated 15 years to Panalpina, starting as a Human Resources and Payroll Administrator and advancing to Human Resources Manager for the UK and Ireland, overseeing HR support for a staff of 320 and engaging in various generalist HR functions. Claire began the HR career as a Human Resources Assistant with Manpower/IBM. Educational qualifications include a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management and a CIPD Level 5 in Human Resources Management and Services.
