Sten Lerche

Sten Lerche is a board member at Brøndby IF and a research assistant at DTU Compute. Sten has also worked as a customer service and sales assistant at Danske Spil A/S and as a student programmer at the Technical University of Denmark, Dept. of applied mathematics and computer science. In their Ph.D., they presented different data-driven machine learning approaches to identify correlated audio and visual cues in natural speech signals. Moreover, they investigated the usefulness of these cues in audiovisual speech separation.

Sten Lerche has a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Københavns Universitet - University of Copenhagen, a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Danmarks Tekniske Universitet, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Københavns Universitet. Sten also has a Gymnasieeksamen in Biologi, Idræt og Matematik from Rødovre Gymnasium. Sten is currently a Doctor of Philosophy candidate in Audiovisual Speech Analysis with Deep Learning at DTU Health Tech, and they have a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from DTU - Technical University of Denmark.
