Lisa Hallgarten

Lisa Hallgarten is an experienced policy and public affairs professional specializing in young people's health and wellbeing. Currently serving as Head of Policy and Public Affairs at Brook since September 2017, Lisa advocates for laws and policies that promote comprehensive Relationships and Sex Education and accessible sexual health services. Previous roles include National Co-ordinator at the Sex Education Forum, Chair of Voice for Choice, and a decade-long tenure as Director at Education For Choice, where Lisa developed expertise in reproductive rights advocacy and education. Lisa holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy and Literature from the University of Warwick and has contributed to multiple organizations focused on sexual and reproductive health and rights.
