Benjaman Ault

Benjaman Ault is an experienced educator currently serving as a Special Education Teacher at Chelsea Public Schools since August 2021. Ault previously held the position of Manager of Teacher Leadership Development at Teach For America from August 2017 to July 2021, where responsibilities included partnering with multiple schools to enhance student achievement and teacher development. Ault began their career in education as a Corps Member with Teach For America and has held various roles including Student Support Liaison at Boston Collegiate Charter School and Special Educator at Digital Harbor High School. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education from Johns Hopkins University, with concentrations in Special Education and English Language Arts, and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Politics, and Philosophy and Religious Studies from Hendrix College.
